Today, we come together as a team to ignite a new chapter at FI Holdings. This event is a launchpad to embrace our shift towards a member-centered approach, equipping each of us with the tools and mindset to make this transformation a success.

  1. Welcome & Opening Remarks

    • Objective: Set the tone for the event by sharing the importance of change and its role in FI Holdings' mission.

    • Activities: Opening remarks from the CEO, outlining the vision for FI Holdings' future and the rationale behind upcoming changes.


  2. Keynote: “Why Change Now?”

    • Objective: Highlight the need for change and introduce the new member-centered operational model.

    • Content: A discussion on industry trends, shifts in customer expectations, and how the new model positions FI for long-term success.


  3. Interactive Workshop: The Change Challenge

    • Objective: Engage employees in identifying current challenges with the existing model and brainstorming solutions.

    • Activities: Team breakout sessions to discuss obstacles in the current approach and envision how new tools and processes will address them.


  4. Change Story Session: “Bringing Change to Life at FI”

    • Focus Story: Share a change management story centered around a pilot gym that recently adopted the new model. Discuss the journey, obstacles faced, and successes achieved.

    • Outcome: Illustrate a relatable example of successful change, instilling confidence in the process.


  5. Consultant-Facilitated Panel Discussion: "Adapting Together"

    • Objective: Offer employees a forum to ask questions and voice concerns with leaders and department heads, with guidance from the consultant.

    • Content: A facilitated conversation addressing employee concerns, led by the consultant to ensure constructive dialogue and focus on collaborative problem-solving.


  6. Hands-on Demo: “Empowering Tools and Techniques”

    • Objective: Introduce employees to new digital tools and strategies that will support the shift.

    • Activities: Stations with live demos of updated member personalization platforms, virtual training support, and member tracking technology.


  7. Action Planning Workshop

    • Objective: Enable employees to set personal and team goals aligned with the new model.

    • Activities: Workshop where employees create actionable plans and determine how they can contribute to the company’s goals, guided by structured templates and consultant input.


  8. Closing Remarks & Commitment Pledge

    • Objective: Reaffirm commitment to the change and rally employees around a shared vision for the future.

    • Activities: Employees sign a “Change Commitment Pledge,” symbolizing their readiness to support FI Holdings’ journey forward.


J2A Consultant’s Role in Enabling Change Through the Events


As the event consultant, I played a pivotal role in designing a space where employees felt included in the change process. By guiding the Change Story session, I ensured employees heard a success story that resonated with their daily experiences. The panel discussion fostered transparency, while structured workshops enabled everyone to voice their concerns and contribute ideas. In the end, I encouraged employees to see themselves as active participants in FI Holdings’ evolution, helping them to embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
