Building an AI-Driven Advertising Platform: Led the development of Renie’s advertising platform from the ground up, positioning it as a high-precision AI targeting solution that seamlessly integrates with Google and Meta platforms. Collaborated closely with our CTO to create a robust backend system, ensuring top-tier digital reporting capabilities that meet the demands of media agencies. The platform’s precision targeting has become a key differentiator, allowing us to package and offer it as a competitive solution to agencies aiming for unmatched targeting accuracy.
Scaled Growth in Revenue and Partnerships: Spearheaded a growth strategy that included a direct team of 12 sales and marketing professionals, securing significant strategic partnerships across Government, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. These efforts drove rapid revenue growth, reaching $660,000 in secured sales within my first three months at Renie. Through distribution expansion, I negotiated exclusive deals across the MENA region, establishing Renie as a leading presence in KSA through an exclusive distribution agreement with SIRC, a PIF-owned company, and expanded our reach to Qatar.
B2B Lead Acquisition Success: Developed and executed a targeted LinkedIn campaign that generated 1,500+ qualified B2B leads, resulting in a 32% conversion rate and creating a $1.2 million sales pipeline over the next six months. This initiative solidified Renie’s reputation in the B2B market, providing a steady influx of high-value leads and bolstering our potential for long-term growth in key sectors.
Renie App Growth: Drove substantial user growth for the Renie app, increasing users from 4,000 to 100,000 in just seven months. This growth was achieved through a blend of organic content and social media efforts, alongside full-funnel performance and programmatic campaigns. With an impressive CPA of only $1.4 per user, the app has seen a 46% increase in acquisitions from organic channels, demonstrating the effectiveness of a balanced acquisition strategy that maximizes both paid and organic channels.
